Terms and Conditions
1 . Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of writing, editing, and publication support services provided by Axiom Research Consultancy (“Company”) to the Client. By engaging our services and making payment, the Client acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2 . Services Description
The Company provides professional services including:
- Academic and research writing, editing, and formatting
- Thesis and dissertation support
- Manuscript preparation and publication support
- Data analysis, presentations, and related consultancy
Note: For publication services involving third-party journals or agencies, the Company acts only as a facilitator and does not control the journal’s independent decisions, indexing status, or communication timelines.
3 . Project Timeline & Deadline
- Project timelines will be agreed upon in writing before initiation.
- Delays caused by technical issues, operational challenges, or third-party response times shall not be considered a breach of contract.
- Urgent requests (1–2 days) will only be accepted if agreed upon in advance and may incur expedited service fees.
4 . Communication
- The official mode of communication shall be email: support@axiomresearchconsultancy.com
- While WhatsApp or phone updates may be provided, the Company is not bound to respond immediately. Clients are expected to allow 1–2 business days for responses.
5 . Fees & Payment Terms
- A detailed fee structure, including charges for expedited services or extra revisions, will be provided in the service agreement.
- Full payment is required in advance before commencement or final delivery of the work.
- By making payment, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms, including refund limitations.
6 . Client Responsibilties
- Clients must provide accurate and timely information, documents, and feedback.
- Delays caused by late client response or incomplete information do not constitute grounds for refund.
- Additional work beyond the agreed scope (e.g., more tables, analyses, or journal changes) will attract extra charges.
7 . Revisions & Adjustments
- Two rounds of revisions are included within 7 days of each delivery.
- Additional revisions, reanalysis, or reformatting outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
8 . Cancellations and Termination
- Clients may cancel services according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which clearly outlines that refunds are partial and proportionate to work not yet completed.
- The Company may terminate services if the Client behaves abusively, makes unreasonable demands, or requests unethical practices.
9 . Publication & Third-Party Disclaimer
- Third-Party Responsibility: For publication services, the Company acts only as an intermediary. Responsibility for acceptance, rejection, delays, or post-publication practices rests solely with the journal/publisher.
- Fake/Predatory Journals: The Client acknowledges that it is their duty to verify the legitimacy of the chosen journal. The Company shall not be liable if the journal is later identified as fake, predatory, or unrecognized.
- Indexing Disclaimer: Journals may claim submission to indexing partners (Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science/ISI, etc.); however, indexing approval is at the discretion of indexing authorities. The Company does not guarantee indexing, nor is indexing failure a valid reason for refund.
- No Refund Post-Publication: Once an article has been submitted/published, no refund will be issued, regardless of dissatisfaction with the journal’s practices, indexing outcome, or response delays.
10 . Ethical Consideration
- The Company strictly prohibits the fabrication of data, plagiarism, or unethical research practices.
- Requests for such practices will result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
11 . Service Delays
- Occasional delays may occur due to technical problems, high workload, or third-party response failures.
- Such delays do not entitle the Client to a refund or compensation, but the Company will communicate promptly and work toward a resolution.
12 . Intellectual Property
- Full intellectual property rights transfer to the Client only upon full payment.
- The Company may retain anonymized materials for internal records or promotional purposes unless the Client explicitly objects in writing.
13 . Confidentiality
- All Client data, manuscripts, and documents shall be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the agreed purpose.
14. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall first be resolved through direct discussion.
- If unresolved, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration under the jurisdiction of Maharashtra, India.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India.
16. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes shall be effective upon 5 days’ written notice to the Client.
