Axiom Research Consultancy values its clients and strives to deliver quality work in a timely manner. However, due to the nature of academic and publication support services, the following terms shall apply to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

1. General Cancellation Terms

• Initial Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the work has been assigned to an expert.

• Work Initiation: Once work has commenced, cancellation will not be entertained. This includes situations where more than 30% of the work has already been completed, as significant time and effort are invested.

• Delays: In certain cases, technical or operational circumstances may cause unavoidable delays. The Client acknowledges this possibility and agrees that such delays do not constitute grounds for a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Partial Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be proportionate to the remaining uncompleted portion of work. No full refund shall be granted if a substantial part of the project has already been delivered.

• Client Non-Cooperation: Failure of the Client to provide necessary information, documents, or timely feedback shall not be grounds for refund and may lead to additional charges.

• Quality Concerns: In the rare event of proven substandard work (as assessed by Axiom Research Consultancy), a refund may be considered.

3. Publication & Third-Party Services

• Third-Party Involvement: At times, publication or related services are facilitated through third-party agencies/journals. Axiom Research Consultancy does not hold liability for their response delays, lack of communication, or post-publication conduct.

• Fake/Predatory Publications: Clients are strongly advised to verify the legitimacy of third-party journals. Axiom Research Consultancy shall not be held responsible if the third party later proves to be fake, predatory, or unrecognized.

• Indexing Disclaimer: While some journals may claim submission to indexing partners such as Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science/ISI, etc., Axiom Research Consultancy does not guarantee indexing status. The decision to accept and list articles rests solely with the indexing authorities, and failure of a journal to secure or maintain indexing is beyond our control.

• No Refund on Completed Publication: Once an article is submitted or published through a third party, no refund shall be issued, irrespective of subsequent dissatisfaction with the third party’s practices or indexing status.

4. Agreement & Client Consent

By making payment and confirming the order, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to the above terms, including the refund limitations, partial refund conditions, and risks associated with third-party publication services.

5. Refund Process

• Timeline: For any refunds approved by Axiom Research Consultancy, the process will be completed within 5–7 working days after approval.

• Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used by the Client.
